HTWB has set up a professional technical support team and 7 * 24 on standby ,to provide customers with technical support, make sure to solve the problems at the first time.

1、Phone Support: Technical support team to ensure smooth communication for 24 hours, remote judgment and guidance to the customer's questions

2、On-Site Service: If the problem cannot solve through remote assistance and telephone technical guidance, HTWB will send technical personnel rush to the scene immediately, and ensure that technical person arrive on the well within 48 hours in domestic, carry standby instrument when necessary to ensure the construction progress.

3、Visiting Customer:Technical staff will visit customers, check the daily operation and maintenance,listen to consumers opinions and rationalization proposal.
