随钻测井LWD应用：新疆克拉玛依油田
- 公司从2018年开始在西部区域为客户提供包括LWD在内的定向井技术服务。
- 2020-2022年恒泰万博为新疆玛湖油田开发提供了近80串LWD仪器，有力保障了该区域的随钻测量LWD技术服务业务，实现了对进口LWD的替代，为客户节省了大量成本，创造了巨大的经济效益。
施工难点和特点：
- 井下施工风险增加：随着生产井的部署，相应的可钻性逐步变差，地层夹层多、易垮塌，造斜率变化大，轨迹控制难，井下施工风险显著增加；
- 仪器稳定性要求高：施工排量区间扩大，部分区块施工井易漏，钻进高排量抢进尺、井漏低排量稳信号；
- 水平段长明显增加：水平段长初期1000米以内，现在常规井水平段长1500-2000米；超长水平段易发生井眼失稳和摩阻过大，同时对仪器信号传输、抗温抗压提出了更高的要求；
